My name is Greg Boyd. I’m the CEO of Win-OMT software and we’ve been working with Exhibit Pros for over nine years now. They’ve done a fantastic job for us every year. It’s comforting knowing, traveling 2000 miles and showing up in Las Vegas and your booth’s ready to go. You just got to add your own equipment, get things set, and we’re good for a show. It’s extremely efficient. Every year that we do our NAB Show, you have to make the decision whether or not we’re going to change our booth layout or we’re going to make changes to our graphics. So what we do is we contact Exhibit Pros usually about three months ahead of time, let them know the size of our booth, whether or not we’ve made any changes physically to the booth. Just over two years ago, we did a massive revamp. We went from a 20 by 20 booth to a 20 by 30 booth, so that entailed doing a complete redesign.
We had a conference call with Exhibit Pros and they put some drawings together for us. We went back and forth a few times. We’ve been able to maintain the quality of our booth by having a good relationship with Exhibit Pros and they help us out with the design and the overall layout so that we maximize the efficiency of it. I think it was the 2009 NAB Show, we’ve been coming to NAB for over 20 years, Andy had approached our sales manager at the time, brought some services to us, and we decided to make the switch and we’ve been happy ever since.

My name is Garrett Soong. I’m the Director of Marketing for Curecrete Distribution, and we are here at World of Concrete 2019. We have been exhibiting here at World of Concrete for about, I’d say, 20 or more years. We have been working with Exhibit Pros for about seven to eight years now. When we first started coming down to World of Concrete, we basically would do everything ourselves. We would walk in with rolls of carpet, tape, and our drums, and we would set up tables and furniture and whatnot. So basically everything for the booth we brought in ourselves. It was kind of a nightmare.
Exhibit Pros has basically brought our setup time down to an hour, or less sometimes, and then the breakdown technically is 30 minutes, maybe. We basically box everything up and we ship it off. It’s ready to go. When we come to set up, we just bring in all of our literature, some of the gear that we’re going to give away, and that’s basically it.
I think the really good thing about working with Exhibit Pros is just that we really do have a good relationship. It’s just kind of one-on-one type of thing, we don’t have to work with tons of different people. I know that when I speak to someone at the office that it’s going to get handled. The other great thing is, a lot of times we’re very last minute and the team always pulls through. Everyone that we’ve ever come into contact with, with Exhibit Pros, has been great and wonderful to work with and really easy.
This is our biggest show of the year, so we’re grateful to have Exhibit Pros on our side. I would definitely 100% recommend Exhibit Pros. As I said, it’s been easy, it’s been wonderful. It hasn’t been a challenge whatsoever, and just really great people to work with.

I’m Drew, I’m the director of marketing with Skill Logic, I’ve been with Scale Logic almost five years. This is our fifth show, and we’ve been working with Exhibit Pros for the last three years.
They’ve built all three of our booths for that time. Our experience has been great, attention to detail, very attentive during the process when we were designing graphics and everything like that. They kept up to date on our 3D rendering, so that we could really get a good view of the booth. And all throughout the process, it’s just been great.
I am designing from the top view, so I don’t really get a full view of how the wall’s going to look, where the furniture’s going to be, all that kind of detail. So what the rendering does is, it allows us to see if we need to make adjustments before we lock in on the furniture, where the closet is and all that. And then another benefit to it is, we’ve been able to use the 3D rendering to go to our resellers and other partners, especially this year since we’re doing presentations. And all our partners can kind of visualize the space too from the video and audio perspective that we’re looking for so that they’re comfortable with presenting in our booth.

Cygnett is an Australian-based company. We’ve been in the market for 15 years. In my word, the experience has been seamless. Bringing together a stand like this, whether it be at a conference, convention, it has a list of challenges, and that’s made even more difficult by the fact that Cygnett is actually based in Australia. So working from the other side of the world to bring this together added, even more, I guess, challenges and bumps in the road in order to bring this together. But I have to say that Andy and the team were brilliant. They were able to put everything together, conceptualize what our hopes and strategies were for this conference.
And as you can see today, they’ve done a terrific job. I believe our expectations were exceeded, and that’s a real pat on the back to Andy and his team too, because when you’re putting together 3D mock-ups of what the stand will look like, it always looks a lot prettier generally than what it is in person, but I have to say, coming here to CES and looking at the finished product is exactly, if not even better, than the 3D mock-ups that we saw. Now that we’ve found ExhibitPro, it’s just through online. We actually went out and did our research online. I think a lot of people do their research online, or at least begin online, and we’re really pleased that we did come across ExhibitPro, otherwise we wouldn’t have a stand that looks like this.
